This a community health services physiotherapy role, full time Band 6 role

Are you a physiotherapist with a passion for delivering exceptional community and evidence-based therapy and rehabilitation; supporting clients to remain safely and independently within their place of residency? Bedfordshire Community Therapy Service is looking for a part time Physiotherapist to work within the community therapy team to support individuals within the Discharge to Assess Beds, Inpatient Rehabilitation Beds or within their own place of residency within the community (home)., You will prevent hospital admissions and support timely discharges by promoting high standards of rehabilitative intervention which will support a client's personalised program for strength/confidence building, supporting clients to return home if possible or supporting decision for their onward care when required... You will also have the chance to support residential and care homes across the county to create an environment that promotes self care and as much independence as possible with their residents.

You will represent Bedfordshire Community Therapy Services within a Multi-Disciplinary Team and at system partner meetings to discuss your caseloads, observations, visions for improved care to meet the needs of the local population. We encourage new ways of thinking and working in order to provide timely and successful results for our clients.
