Under line management and clinical supervision from within EIT, the post holder will maintain and co-ordinate timely and appropriate interventions through mental health nursing, for a caseload of service users living in the Bolton area. The post holder will work within the framework of CPA, and in line with relevant clinical pathways as outlined within the EIT Operational Procedure.
The post holder will be required to work the core hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, but flexible working will be required to meet service need. There is an expectation that the successful applicant will undertake weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis as required to maintain the out of hours service that is offered by the Trust.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our specialist Early Intervention in Psychosis Team for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis as a CPA Care Coordinator.
You will be joining a client centred, dynamic and friendly multi-disciplinary team, who prides themselves on delivering high quality, evidence-based interventions for those experiencing first episode psychosis.
The purpose of the role is to reduce the stigma associated with psychosis, provide an early intervention to reduce the length of time that people remain undiagnosed and untreated and to offer support and guidance throughout the persons recovery journey., Applicants are encouraged to apply for posts at Greater Manchester Mental Health who have direct experience of mental health, learning disability or drug and alcohol services either as a service user or a carer., If you are offered a role with us and you require sponsorship, we will check your eligibility in line with the information on the above website.
