Community Psychiatric Nurse

Under line management and clinical supervision from within EIT, the post holder will maintain and co-ordinate timely and appropriate interventions through mental health nursing, for a caseload of service users living in the Bolton area. The post holder will work within the framework of CPA, and in line with relevant clinical pathways as outlined within the EIT Operational Procedure.
The post holder will be required to work the core hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, but flexible working will be required to meet service need. There is an expectation that the successful applicant will undertake weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis as required to maintain the out of hours service that is offered by the Trust.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our specialist Early Intervention in Psychosis Team for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis as a CPA Care Coordinator.
You will be joining a client centred, dynamic and friendly multi-disciplinary team, who prides themselves on delivering high quality, evidence-based interventions for those experiencing first episode psychosis.
