Community Psychiatric Nurse

If you are a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in the Poole area, we've got an exciting job for you! Duties include assessing patients' mental health needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medication, providing psychological support, and monitoring progress. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Right to work in the UK
• Valid NMC registration and RMN qualification
• Up to date Mandatory skills for Health Training
• Up to date PVG check and proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, Rubella, Varicella, TB and Measles)
• 6+ months post-qualification experience specific to role within the NHS
  
  Ideally you will have current GSA-Approved PMVA training, however, if you do not, training is available for the right applicants.
