Full Job Description

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical/specialist area participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.Assuming all reasonable precautions for a safe and secure environment for self and others in accordance with Health and Safety legislation reporting any areas of concern to the Nurse in ChargePromote excellence and improve standards of nursing care by being involved in audit within the clinical area e.g. infection control auditsParticipate in the monitoring of standards and quality of nursing care, through benchmarking, audit, and research.Participate in patient and public involvement activities, promote people's equality, diversity, and rights., We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 RMN to join our welcoming Secondary Mental Health Team providing care and support for Older adults with Mental health needs within the Swansea area

Our team, specialises in providing holistic and proactive support to our patient group via a well established Multi Disciplinary Team .

We demonstrate a passion for providing excellence in care utilizing best practice approaches to promote independence and living well within the local community .

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
