Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Community Public Health Nurse to join our health visitingteam in Tunbridge Wells District, working with children & families in Paddock Wood & Cranbrook.Our health visiting service provides support to families (adults) with children aged zero to five. Supporting ahealth visitor caseload and you'll need to be confident and flexible to provide the best support for new andgrowing families.You will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well by using your clinical judgment to supportevidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families (adults) who use our services have agood experience.Working as part of the Health Visiting Service you will support the delivery of the Health Child Programme inaccordance with national and local strategy/guidance, a key part of your role will be to undertake universaland targeted assessments, mandated well-being reviews and packages of care in line with evidence- basedpractice, recognising when to escalate concerns to the appropriate qualified Health Visitor or District Manager.This role requires you to undertake regulated activities to both Children and Adults.,

  • Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programmes
  • Completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care and safeguarding.
  • Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families.

  • We have part time opportunity a minimum of 22.5 hours per week between 9am to 5pm.
