When people have had a major setback in life, it's our Community Reablement Assistants who support them to regain their independence.

After a hospital admission, some people may lose confidence or be unable to complete daily tasks, as they once did. Whatever their age, background or circumstance, we help them regain the ability, independence and confidence to do some or all the things they used to do, in a safe and practical way.

Our Community Reablement Assistants support with washing, dressing, managing continence needs, assisting with practical hands-on support as well as giving verbal guidance and encouragement.

It's a rewarding role where you will see the impact of your support every day., Our Service runs 07 : 00-22 : 00, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, therefore you'll be required to work evenings and / or public holidays and / or weekends as part of your Normal Working Hours for which enhancements are paid.

Details of the Working Patterns CRA1, 20, 25, 30 and 37 hours available will be discussed in more detail during the selection process.
