Full Job Description
As a Reablement Officer you will work with individuals in their own home to support and encourage them to develop or regain skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the therapy team to deliver bespoke support and contribute to ongoing reviews.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working collaboratively with residents and colleagues to join us as Reablement Officers and to support activity which maximises independence and well being., This post is covered by the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers. The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
