Full Job Description

We are looking for a Community Research Innovation Lead to join us as we embark on an exciting project, working with the MSE Integrated Care Board (ICB) and other partner organisations. If successful, you will support staff in Primary & Community care across MSE ICB and partner organisations with the development of original research, including advice and support on protocol development and the appropriate regulatory approvals required. You will develop excellent working relationships between all partner organisations and wider primary and community settings to build a framework of support for early career and experienced researchersfor the region. And finally you will be drive forward home grown research in the community and establish collaborative opportunities between Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), Mid & South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB), Mid & South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSE FT), Primary Care Networks (PCN) and community health service providers.   • Advise and support researchers through their journey from conception to delivery of their projects.
  • Signposting to appropriate resources regarding study design, analysis, and delivery.
  • Establish excellent working relationships with the site research teams, the community and researchers.
  • Attend and present at national meetings representing all partner organisations as required.
