Community Senior Nurse - Night Service

To care for patients within a community setting providing nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice and to carry out assessments on behalf of the team
To work independently under the guidance of service lead and matron and actively participate in the professional development of self and others.
To participate in provision of a night service service at weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays. Some cover may occasionally be required if necessary in supporting the CCTs ., At Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust we provide outstanding care to both our patients and our staff.
