Community Specialist Dietitian

As a Band 6 Community Dietitian, you will provide expert nutritional support to individuals across the community, helping to manage chronic conditions, promote healthy eating, and improve overall wellbeing. This role offers the chance to work with diverse populations.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Dietitian with a passion for nutrition support in the community to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Team Lead Dietitian and alongside other team members to providing specialist dietetic expertise for adult patients in patient's homes, clinic setting, nursing and care homes, community hospitals, virtual wards and group sessions.,

• Registered Dietitian with HCPC registration.
• Experience in community or clinical settings (Band 5 or above).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for promoting public health and nutrition
• Must have a drivers licence and access to a vehicle
  
  This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £1,258 to a maximum of £2,122 p.a. pro rata for part time)., £37,338 to £44,962 a year p.a. (plus 5% HCAS) pro rata
