Are you passionate about Podiatry? Would you like to work in an "Outstanding" Trust? Derbyshire Community Health Services Podiatry Team wants to hear from you! We have a vacancy for enthusiastic Band 6, Specialised Podiatrist to join our brilliant podiatry team in the Amber Valley/Erewash / Derby City and South Dales. As well as direct patient care and treatment planning for patients with complex needs you will work with a wide variety of patient types which may include working with Multi-Disciplinary Teams in acute trusts., What can DCHS Podiatry offer you?

- The opportunity to provide a quality, good value service to a wide variety of patient types and develop close working relationships with our recently established Interdisciplinary Non-Diabetic Wound care clinic, the Multi-Disciplinary Diabetes team in the local acute trust, our Podiatric Surgery team, other DCHS services and local NHS Trusts.
- An annual appraisal and personal development plan. DCHS pledges to engage, involve and support staff to reach their full potential.
- Supportive Mentorship and Preceptorship.
- CPD arranged by the Podiatry Service in addition to the essential learning required by the trust.

The post will require flexibility and ability to work across sites and teams according to service needs and therefore transport will be essential.
Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire. We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people's own homes and via virtual consultations.
