An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join the Adult Community SLT Service. This would be a great opportunity for a newly qualified speech and language therapist to begin their career in SLT or experienced Band 5 therapist looking to change speciality to adult acquired neurological conditions in a community setting. Assessment and treatment for clients with communication and swallowing conditions from a range of diagnostic groups, including progressive neurological conditions, stroke, care of the elderly and others. Deliver high level, quality care and evidence-based interventions in line with local and national guidance within identified clinical area Plan, provide and evaluate interventions within an identified clinical area Deliver SLT intervention in both autonomous and multidisciplinary working Participate in the delivery of service specific training as required Find out more about working for our organisation here: https://heyzine.com/flip-book/2565ae62eb.html
