From 4 April 2024 overseas workers requiring a general Skilled Worker Visa (such as data analysts, IT and finance professionals, etc) but sponsored by an NHS organisation will need to meet the new salary threshold of £38,700. In addition, applications to the Health and Care Visa route for those occupations paid by NHS bands that are on the immigration salary, a list of skilled jobs which have lower salary requirements, will need to meet the national pay scale for their role or the new minimum salary threshold of £23,200 (whichever is higher). The post holder is required to:
+ To have a clear understanding of the vision of the Trust and be able to translate this into a local context for day to day administrative and operational implementation within a Community setting.
+ To assist the Caseload holders and Team Leader in promoting the vision and contributing to the establishment of an ethos of modern, customer orientated services and translates that into a culture of effective patient/user centred delivery.
+ To work with the Caseload holders and Team Leader within the community setting to proactively support the development and redesign of care pathways embracing the concept of care closer to home and expanding/ enhancing multidisciplinary/multi agency working.

The post is covering a 7 days 8am to 6pm service, on a Rota System.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team in the south east of the county in the provision of Planned and Admission Avoidance care to patients in the community.
We are looking for a caring, motivated friendly community nurse to join our busy, professional and dynamic team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.
Ability to travel independently to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
