What if there was a way to give better care to your patients as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse and at the same time improve your work/life balance and develop your career?, Based in Caterham, Oxted and Redhill, you will provide nursing care for a wide range of conditions to people in their own home or residential settings. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care under the direction of a Clinical Team Lead and District Nurse, you will work closely with health and social care professionals across the primary care networks to prevent your patients being admitted to hospital.

We are looking for a Band 5 Staff Nurse with the enthusiasm and flexibility to thrive on providing exceptional quality patient focused care in a community setting. Its a role that offers great flexibility, but also requires some flexibility from you plus a valid driving licence and a suitable car.

As part of the local NHS, you will play a vital role to reduce NHS system pressure. We deliver high-quality nursing, specialist care teams, children and family advice and support, plus our rehabilitation ward and Minor Injury Unit at Caterham Dene Hospital.

To fit around you, we can offer a range of full/part time hours and shift patterns including day, late and evening shifts. We will also consider bank (minimum of 22.5 hours). There is a welcome benefit of £2,000 available for this role (terms and conditions apply).

This role is suitable for both experienced and newly registered nurses.
