Community Staff Nurse

Bath and Keynsham- Full time and part time position available. East Somerset has a part time position 22.5 hours over 3 Days. Occasional weekend work may be required., The successful candidate will work alongside existing members of a very supportive Community Palliative Care Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.

Using our full breadth of service, we create individual care journeys, which start at diagnosis and continue with bereavement support for family, carers and children.
