Do you want to work in a dynamic team that encourages staff to flourish and reach their potential? Look no further!, The North Herts Integrated Community Team is an expanding and evolving service. We provide a wide range of nursing led care to people within their own homes. As a nurse in our team, you will be supported to develop and broaden your skill set.
