As a Registered Community nurse, you will be placed in the privileged position of caring for patients in their own individualised environment and responsible for the implementation and undertaking of patient centred care. Please note a full driving and use of a vehicle for work purposes are essential for this role as a Community Nurse.Main duties of the job You will require current NMC registration, post-registration experience is helpful but not essential and we have an excellent preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses. You need to be able to work over a shift system which includes early and late shifts across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
