Community Staff Nurse - South Cots locality

As a community nursing team our service covers 8am to 8pm. As a member of the team you would be expected to work either part time or full time over a shift system which includes early and late shifts across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. As a trust we have an excellent flexible working policy and work in partnership with our staff to meet the needs of the service. We are a modern trust, which means whilst on the go you'll be equipped for mobile working (using a laptop and smart phone device); not only is this safer because you will have access all patient information at your fingertips, it also means you can complete records and any other patient paperwork in real time, so you can then focus all your attention on your next patient.

We have in excess of 5000 staff working over 50 sites, providing a diverse range of services. • 73.3% would recommend the organisation as a place to work;
• 82.4% agree that care of patients and service users is the organisations priority;
• 76.7% would be happy with the standard of care for a friend or relative
Our results put us as 5th nationally as a Community, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities NHS Employer of Choice and 1st equal amongst all NHS Provider Trusts in the South West.
