Full Job Description
You will be responsible for seeking, developing and delivering approaches that provide hard to reach candidates real opportunities to access employment and career change opportunities within the Health and Social Care sectors.
You will hold a Level 3 qualification (or experiential equivalent) in a relevant discipline. You will have significant experience in working with adults, providing support and mentorship to enable them to achieve their goals along with a wide knowledge of partner organisations that support candidates.
