Our Community Support Staff department plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall well-being of our community., As a Community Support Staff Member, you will carry out duties that include conducting regular patrols, using the Site Pro app to record findings, completing inspection reports, responding to noise complaints, investigating short-term rental properties, maintaining site cleanliness, issuing letters for violations, reporting lease contraventions, answering phone calls and emails professionally, and performing specific tasks like inspecting The Spa and assisting Concierge. Additionally, they monitor learner drivers, handle traffic bollards, inspect communal areas, change bin bags during silent hours, and enforce rules in under croft car parks. These responsibilities contribute to safety, order, and overall site management.

To excel in the position, you'll need a combination of skills and experience. Observational skills are crucial for noticing irregularities during patrols, while effective communication (both verbal and written) ensures efficient reporting and handling of issues. Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills help address various situations promptly and manage tasks. A friendly and professional demeanour is essential for customer service, as you'll interact with residents. Familiarity with property rules, lease agreements, and community guidelines is also important.
