Do you want to work in the Community ?

Do you want to be part of an Integrated Care Team providing high quality care to patients in the Stapleford and Beeston Area

You will work under the direction of qualified District and Community Nurses to be part of a team to deliver nursing interventions to people in their own homes and Residential Homes.

The roles require individuals to have good communication skills to ensure close working relationships with acute care services, Community care teams, General Practitioners, Social Care teams and other multidisciplinary teams.

We will provide you with a structured induction and training period to ensure you have the opportunity to develop new skills and competence.
