Full Job Description

This part time 30 hour per week role is perfect for persons who wish to gain knowledge and skills working with the Older Persons population in Torbay., The role will include managing your own caseload in short interventions that support recovery and promote well being in the community. These interventions will be overseen by registered professionals within the team. The successful applicant will also support with group work, assisting in memory assessments at the Devon Memory Service and escorting patients to receive ECT.

You will be expected to undertake training specific to working within the NHS and undertaking supervision.
