Full Job Description

We have contracted hours available from 16 - 34 hours per week and have Relief contacts available for as and when required.

Shift patterns can be discussed at interview, shifts may include earlies, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Our hardworking and friendly teams are looking to recruit more likeminded people to make a difference to our Service User's lives. Enabling them to access the personalized support they need to live independently in their own homes and access their local communities.

Our Teams promote independence, build life skills and support our Service User's in their interests and hobbies. This could be a trip to the Zoo, an evening of live entertainment, boating in the Lakes, or supporting football teams.

Depending on the Service user, the level of support needed may vary per person. Responsibilities may include supporting with medication, personal care, nutrition, hydration, Community engagement and emotional care.

We will help and support you with fully paid training and development - we are looking for the right people with the right qualities.
