Community Support Worker Hospital@Home

You will be given the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge required to become competent in supporting patients across community settings.'' • Assist qualified Nursing staff in a range of patient care duties.
• To undertake a range of delegated nursing tasks, including cannulation and taking blood or urine samples, carrying out basic wound assessments and applying simple dressings, taking routine observations and supporting clients with medication.
• To record patient information.
• To provide planned patient care.
