Community Support Worker - Micare

As a MiCare Support Worker you:

• Provide support to adults to develop and maintain activities of daily living,
including personal care.
• Support people to undertake a range of social care tasks such as washing,
dressing/undressing, showering, and bathing, meal preparation, domestic activities and engaging in community activities.
• Undertake a range of delegated health care tasks as required such as prompt prescribed medication, supporting the application of prescribed creams, eye and ear drops, catheter care and prompting exercise as prescribed by the physiotherapist.
It is essential that you have a full driving license (or a license that allows you to drive in the UK) and access to a car to enable you to work in this role., The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us. The Community Support Worker interviews will be held week commencing 27 January 2025. Exact dates to be confirmed. Basic pay of £12.45 - £12.65 per hour, Saturdays at £18.68 - £18.98 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £24.90 - £25.30 per hour.
