Full Job Description
1 x 10 hour & 1 x 20hour Community Support Worker (Supported Living), Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication and managing finances).
The job holder must have the right values, be friendly and have a positive approach, previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given. There is a requirement to be flexible, to be part of a rota which comprises working weekends, and bank holidays
Heather Brae is a Supported Living Network, provide individualised and person centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes. People are supported to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, maintain tenancy agreements.
Support is provided over 24 hours and is focused on maximising people's independence, choice and control and includes medication, money management and all aspects of daily living. The network's work in partnership with the individual, their parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.

The service operates over 24 hours. Starting pay £12.85per hour up to £13.05 with enhancements for nights, weekends and all Bank Holidays.
