Full Job Description

The Bluebell community team is excited to announce an opportunity to join the Maidenhead hub as a Community Team Leader.
This role will be 15 hours per week as a job share with the current Community Team Leader.
The successful candidate will be overseeing a team of Band 6 midwives and maternity support workers, and will be liaising closely with the midwifery matron to manage the service.

+ Recent community midwifery experience is essential for this role.
+ You will be passionate about home birth and able to provide evidence that you actively promote and support safe home birth within your current practice.
+ You'll be an individual with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills, willing to embrace change, with particular skills around electronic patient record systems.
+ You will be a registered midwife with a degree or relevant experience, plus evidence of on-going study.
+ The post will include shift working and being available for on-call work.
