Compane - Barista Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join the team for our Piccadilly branch. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding and passion for specialty coffee, combined with a want to work within a growing speciality coffee shop. The Barista plays a critical role in not only maintaining our high standards but also in providing our customers with a memorable experience.,

• Specialty standard Barista.


• Opening and closing the store, setting up for each day to ensure that the shift runs smoothly.


• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Represent Compane at industry events and engage with the wider coffee community.


• Understanding and adhering to the broader concepts of Compane, as set by the founders.



• Note. This will be predominantly a Monday to Friday shift pattern in Piccadilly with the occasional weekend shift and shift in our Camden Passage store.
  
  Proven experience as a barista with a focus on specialty coffee.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• A passion for coffee and a drive to grow and expand a young brand.


• Ability to work within a diverse team.


• Legal right to work in the UK.
