Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with SEND, assisting with lesson delivery and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that students are supported in their academic and social development.,

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and support.
• Encourage positive social skills and independent learning.
• Assist with the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  
  Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a SEN setting.
• A strong understanding of SEND and teaching strategies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
