    We deliver Compensation support to the global WMG business, including delivering the annual global merit and bonus review cycle and LTIP equity programme.

    Here you'll get to:
  • You will assist the global annual merit and bonus review cycle

  • You will assist with managing an equity vesting event

  • You will perform ad hoc benchmarking analysis of UK and international roles

  • You will respond to ad hoc employee compensation queries

    You have an analytical mind and an eye for detail

  • You have 3+ years' experience contributing to annual compensation review cycles

  • You have a numerical bachelor's degree or similar qualification

  • You have advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, and preferably a good grasp of Workday Advanced Compensation

  • You have good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

  • You have strong communications skills
