This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and global People Team as a Compensation Operations Analyst. As part of our Global People Service Delivery / People Operations Team, you will work to drive a seamless employee experience at all levels of the organization, focusing on innovative technology and continuous process enhancements across our global Compensation landscape. As a Compensation Operations Analyst at Pega you will provide escalated support to Pega employees for Compensation related matters, and gain exposure to market data and salary surveys to understand the importance of market information and analytics to help recruit, motivate and retain employees.   • Ensure the integrity of compensation data in SuccessFactors through regular audits (job codes, titles, salary ranges, etc.).
  • Maintain salary ranges for all roles across Pega globally
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the People Team to evolve our practices that enable automated operational efficiencies (off-cycle adjustments, promotions, reward letters)
  • Support the operational aspects of the Mid Year / Year End Compensation cycles
  • Collaborate with Talent Attraction to ensure all relevant information is available and ready to leverage for recruiting processes (benchmark data, equity standards)
  • Operationalize and lead various Compensation processes and procedures, including equity reporting and analysis, annual / mid-year Compensation review cycles and bonus audits.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with stakeholders for ad-hoc inquiries via our Service Management system., Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products

  • What You've Accomplished :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years experience in Compensation related work
  • SuccessFactors systems experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly an expert in Excel
  • People Reporting / Metrics experience
  • Strong attention to details and data accuracy
  • Solid team player and able to balance many different projects and deliverable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
