Full Job Description

Job Purpose: Along with another Compensation Specialist, you will serve as the primary escalation point for all compensation-related queries for UK colleagues (escalated from Tier 1 People Services) and relieve our Compensation Partners from administrative tasks, reporting, and the management of daily complex queries.

Meet Your Team and Manager
You will be part of our People Services Advisory team (Tier 2), specialising in global compensation. We are a centralised team responsible for managing all administrative tasks as well as complex queries related to compensation. You will join a global team dedicated to providing efficient, colleague-focused service, promoting simplicity, new ways of working, and standardisation. Your manager is fully committed to your development, offering flexibility and ensuring a healthy work-life balance, so you have the support needed to succeed in your role., Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure fairness and consistency across the business.

  • Manage compensation queries from colleagues and leaders via ServiceNow, ensuring effective ticket resolution.

  • Review and submit pay data to external, market-leading salary surveys.

  • Maintain and update manager resources in online brochures, such as those hosted on Page Tiger.

  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and updates in the HCM system.

  • Support the pay review cycle by ensuring data integrity, testing compensation planning tools, and facilitating a seamless experience for managers during year-end reward activities.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with management, Regional Reward Directors, HRIS, People Business Partners, and corporate/business unit teams.

  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen collaboration between the Compensation team and People Services.

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Reward Centre of Excellence (COE) for projects and initiatives.

  • Complete cyclical reward activities, including gender pay gap analysis and national minimum wage reviews.

    You have 3+ years of experience specializing in compensation, HR, payroll, or data analysis.

  • You have intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas) and can draw meaningful and reliable conclusions from large, complex, datasets.

  • You possess a basic understanding of statistics (e.g., mean, median, quartiles) to support data-driven decision-making.

  • You demonstrate strong knowledge of market pay dynamics across the UK

  • You can collaborate effectively with different colleagues across the People team recognizing that different partners may have unique ways of working.

  • You have experience in process improvement and alignment, with a continuous focus on streamlining operations.
