Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Competency Compliance Trainer (Training Coach) to work on our exciting industry leading Thames Water Retail Contracts across London and the Thames Valley regions. The role will be based in Dartford. As Competency Compliance Trainer, you will work across key areas of operations to support Morrison Water Services in playing a key role in the AMP7 & 8 Thames Water Retails contracts. Responsible for the delivery of specific practical 'hands on' and classroom-based training requirements to support the Smart Metering Programme, Lot 1 Developer Services and Lot 4 Major Projects contracts. Auditing, reporting, and supporting the operational supervisors and operatives to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Morrison Water Services SHEQ Procedures and associated minimum standards, the Thames Water Essential Safety Standards and Health and Safety Work Act 1974 and any other associated guidance. Delivery of practical training sessions to Operational staff on in our designated training area and other depots when necessary. Proactively monitor the assurance of quality compliance to ensure that any competency requirements are identified. Supporting the Operational and SHEQ Teams following investigations that may have highlighted an assurance check on a part of the business where the competency minimum standards have fallen below expectations and to assist with a plan to raise the levels back to the required standard for Morrison Water Services and Thames Water. Carry out SHEQ audits (SHE, Audit App,) and utilise Salesforce Lightening. Complete onsite gang assessments and identify further training needs., This is an opportunity for individuals who are looking to join an organisation that values integrity, safety, and diversity. Are you a competent user of MS Office, onsite Audit Apps and relevant software? Do you hold a Level 3 award in education and training or similar, or a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)? This would be desirable. Are you NRSWA Supervisor (all units) qualified, with CITB SMSTS, IOSH or similar? Do you have experience in supervising and inspecting teams within the utility sector? This would be desirable.
