Full Job Description

· To contribute to the delivery of the Trust PALs and Complaints Service for service users, carers and members of the public by receiving, logging and acknowledging complaints.

· Ensure you support individuals with any queries/concerns they have related to customer service.

· To provide a warm, compassionate and professional service at all times to get the best, most timely response for service users, carers and members of the public.

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

· Previous experience of answering telephone calls.

· Previous experience in admin.

· Previous experience of having difficult conversations.
