Complex Care Assistant

As a Complex Care Assistant at Sonderwell, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with complex care needs, empowering them to maintain their independence and live life on their terms. You'll join a supportive team that provides all the training and development you need to thrive in this meaningful role., In this position, you'll support an adult with a learning disability, including autism spectrum disorder. Your care will help them continue attending college and living at home among friends. You'll manage seizures, administer PEG (Enteral Feeding) and medication, and build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
