Complex Care Support Worker (Part time Flexible)

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed Part time Support Worker to join our team in Middlesbrough. In this position, you will deliver exceptional care and support to our young client with complex health needs and a wheelchair user, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and overall well-being., The ideal candidate should be able to drive and have prior experience in care with a solid background in following care plans and protocols. You will be able to demonstrate confidence in your role, as well as taking a compassionate and caring approach towards your client. Key responsibilities include delivering personalised care, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records.
