Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator at our office in Dartford, Kent. In this role you will assist in monitoring contractual compliance across our healthcare repairs and maintenance contracts., This is exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our Partnership Performance team. The role is based at our office in Dartford however we do operate a 'hybrid working' culture, and this means that some home working is possible. This is an analytical role where you will be assisting in the monitoring and improvement of contractual compliance across our healthcare FM (facilities management) contracts.,
- monitoring and highlighting all potential risk in relation to operational performance across planned and preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and any associated remedial work ensuring that risks are eliminated and helping us meet our financial targets.
- You will become involved with regular performance and service delivery audits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and operational efficiency standards.
- Running weekly reports you will help with identifying potential risks in relation to service delivery failures so that these can be pro-actively addressed.
- Ensuring that correct processes have been followed and that reporting systems are accurate, updated and fully auditable.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within a compliance or quality role for a maintenance contractor or housing association however this is not essential and experience in other sectors will also be considered. You will have excellent organisational and record-keeping skills and a good understanding of the use of Microsoft Office Packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel. You will have an analytical, compliant and proactive approach to tasks and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the preferred candidate should be keen to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), excellent attention to detail and be driven to deliver high standards and quality. - A competitive starting salary.
