Aztec West, Bristol, Satellite Delivery Centre, Bridgwater, Hybrid, minimum of 3 days a week in office, with occasional travel to other locations when required. You will deliver a clear and strategic understanding of the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project and its operations.
The team are responsible for implementing and maintaining first-line assurance and compliance processes, with regular reporting to the HPC Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and EDF UK.

Because success is personal.What you'll be doingYou will work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of obligation and compliance reports, while also contributing to the creation of a data backlog to help prioritise tasks. Your role includes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll mentor and support colleagues across the business to help them meet both team and individual objectives.

Who you areYou'll showcase excellent skills in presentation, communication, and influence. Strong written communication, particularly in preparing presentations and reports, is key. A collaborative mindset, along with discretion, emotional intelligence, and resilience, are also crucial for this role. With three A-levels at grade C or above, or an equivalent qualification. Your role involves analysing and interpreting business requirements, identifying patterns, and conceptualising processes. Which requires good numerical and analytical skills, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of various projects.
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of compliance or auditing, as well as an understanding of the energy industry. A Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, or an equivalent certification, would be advantageous.
