Please visit our recruitment support page for advice on completing your application., A fantastic new vacancy has arisen across all of our locations. We are recruiting multiple Compliance and Audit Facilitators to join our organisation.
In this critical role you will support the Operational Managers to record, complete and report on all audits required in your setting.
This role will be based on-site with some travel requirements to carry out physical audits, therefore a full UK compatible driver's licence is essential for this role.
Applicants who were unsuccessful for this position within the last 3 months need not apply., To carry out your duties, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with great attention to detail and have excellent administrative skills.
Accuracy is essential to this role, ensuring the that our auditing processes are compliant, as well as supporting our Trust Improvement and Transformation Programmes.
As part of your daily duties you will be required to carry out a variety of audits such as;
+ Vehicle Audits
+ Staff Uniform Audits
+ IPC (Infection Prevention Control) Audit
+ Meds management
+ Fire Safety Audit
In addition you will need to be comfortable recording the audits you conduct, as well as promoting best practice to operational staff, to ensure that quality recording and reporting remain in place.

+ Significant administrative / secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems
+ Clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry, and presentation skills
+ Capable of constructing and delivering clear information/ instructions to staff and service users.
+ Understanding of, and commitment to, equality of opportunity and good working relationships.
+ Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
+ UK compatible Driving License.
