Compliance Controller

The position of Compliance Controller involves:

• Auditing and reviewing of compliance documentation
• Verifying and uploading of spreading data
• Use of Microsoft software and other mapping tools to create detailed and accurate maps of farm
• Update maps regularly to reflect any changes in farm structures or land
• Review and document audit findings and follow up on any required corrective
• Monitor HACCP schedule.
• Provide cover for HACCP testing as
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Business Management policies and
• Reporting to Senior Compliance Controller., Salary for Compliance Controller is £29,000pa based on 37.5 hours per week, to include use of a company vehicle.
  
  A background in an agricultural, agronomical or scientific
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including to key
• Excellent organisational skills and prioritising
• Good problem-solving
• Attention to detail is critical and working to deadlines
• Able to work as part of a team and on your own
• MS packages to include, Word, Excel, and
Desirable skills required for Compliance Controller:
• Knowledge of Quality and Environmental
• Knowledge of waste regulations, Biosolids Assurance Scheme, Safe Sludge Matrix and Environment Agency and Water authority regulations.
• Knowledge of crop rotations and nutrient applications.
• Experience of land spreading techniques and
• Experience of use of specialised software.
• Awareness of auditing techniques.
