Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join the Faculty of Arts & Sciences.

Your main duties/responsibilities will include: Coordinating processes and systems for documenting project activity, outputs and expenditure, within existing University regulations and policies. Compile and submit funding claims and prepare for and coordinate activities related to audits by funders and regulatory bodies.

The role allows you to work on a range of complex projects and with various external funding bodies, you will drive innovation, economic growth and societal impact through working on highly impact projects and work alongside a range of stakeholders within the project delivery teams.

Experience of administration and compliance from working on complex projects or from working within a dynamic business service function
Experience and in depth knowledge of compliance from working in higher education on UKRI, Innovate UK, UKSPF or ESIF projects.
A highly organized skill set with attention to detail and record keeping, with digital literate (particularly using Excel), with strong interpersonal skills
