Full Job Description
Ground Control is currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our growing business. As a diligent and detail-orientated Compliance Coordinator you play a crucial role in the compliance of operational teams through coordinating activity to maintain and evidence required skills and accreditations. You will be involved in validating documentation submitted by teams and assisting in processes to obtain security vetting as required by our clients. The Compliance Coordinator will also be responsible for responding to Field Team requests, resolving queries efficiently, and providing essential business communications for updates and action. - Coordinating with Field Teams to ensure the maintenance and evidence of their skills and accreditations within our compliance application.
- Monitor compliance status and proactively address any discrepancies or issues.
- Validate all documentation submitted by operational teams, including Right to Work checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the process of obtaining security vetting as required by our clients.
- Respond to Field Team requests promptly and efficiently, resolving queries and providing necessary assistance.
- Provide clear and concise business communications for updates and actions.
The successful candidate will have: - Strong Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in compliance coordination or related role.
- Familiarity with document validation process.
- Understanding of security vetting procedures and regulatory requirements is desirable.
