Full Job Description

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire Compliance and Engineering Contracts Supervisor who will assist the Director and Assistant Director of Engineering in carrying out day- to- day tasks/ projects. This role will responsible for all kinds of compliance and contracts management and administration work, proper execution of established Planed Preventative Service Programs, keeps Director of Engineering/ Assistant Director of Engineering informed of progress of work, possible delays, job performance, interest, discipline and progress discrepancy against program schedule of the projects.,

  • Liaises and coordinates with all contractor and the Engineering management team
  • Monitors workmanship of contractors and reports to Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering for any outstanding issues
  • Prepares weekly and monthly progress report for compliance and service contracts
  • Establishes and ensures that safe working conditions and practices are adhered to by contractors throughout the hotel, and reports to Director of Engineer and Assistant Director of Engineering for any non- compliances
  • Joins the hotel operation meetings to check or report activities and emergency
  • Cooperates and co-ordinates with all engineers and external contractors whenever necessary and interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.

    Minimum 3 years in a similar role within construction and project management.
  • Trade qualification in Building Survey or Building Services.
  • Degree in construction related or Building Services related subject.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of management. Self-starter, independent, good presentation and problem- solving skills.
  • Analytical, detailed oriented, organized, customer oriented, goals and result- oriented and articulate.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency.
