Compliance Graduate Programme

You'll help us protect our reputation, financial health and long-term interests by helping us identify, measure and control risks.

You'll:

• support business areas on laws, regulations and rules that govern their day-to-day activities


• examine the risk of complex transactions,


• advise the business of regulatory development


• analysis and evaluate risk modeling techniques
  
  is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in their first undergraduate degree


• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative


• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills


• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
