Full Job Description

This role sits within a small Team that specialises in ensuring we deliver change across the business in a safe, compliant and efficient way. To support our continued growth and increased scale we need to resource ourselves to ensure we maintain our required ISO certifications as required by our customers as well as ensure our colleagues are best placed to serve our drivers and customers in a consistent manner, by the creation and embedding of required policies and procedures. Your mission will be to manage the Tusker ISO audit process and lead all activities required to maintaining these certifications. In addition, you will be required to provide wider business support and subject matter expertise across various risk and compliance topics alongside the Compliance and Data Protection Manager. The role will include policy creation, leading internal process audits, training staff and continuously improving our management systems to enable us to retain our required ISO certification, in conjunction with LBG.You will need to be extremely diligent, and detail focussed with the ability to plan coordinate and conduct internal audits of our Tusker processes, you will also serve as the primary contact and liaison for ISO matters with external auditors, suppliers and the wider group.   • ISO Audit management and preparation of 27001, 9001, 14001
  • Assessment of risks associated with ISO compliance - support development of mitigation strategies and embed corrective actions
  • Escalation of any concerns / areas of identified risk to the Head of Compliance & Data Protection
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders to show progress
  • Lead Compliance Projects as required - e.g. Vulnerable Customer review

    Methodical with exceptional attention to detail with exceptional written communication skills
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to second guess
  • Effective training style
  • Assertive and able to influence at all levels
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills with logical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Strong Excel / PP skills
  • Previous experience of document and report creation would be beneficial
  • A good understanding of Tusker and their operational processes and willing to go on an Internal Auditors course
