Compliance Manager

As Estates and Facilities Compliance Manager, you will be working as part of a team to develop, maintain and manage an auditable framework of legislative and statutory compliance folders and procedures relevant to the Estates and Facilities management environment, producing monthly and ad-hoc compliance reports and attending compliance meetings.

The role is based at a large university campus comprising a mix of education, office, residential and ancillary accommodation.

Main Duties

· Develop a robust library of Sharepoint and Concept folders and files to store Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance compliance documents and certificates.

· Create appropriate policies and procedures necessary to support the maintenance of the compliance library framework and ensure it is consistently up to date.

· Ensure that appropriate controls, monitoring and audits are in place to assess compliance.

· Prepare monthly Statutory Compliance and Risks and Issues reports and attend compliance meetings as required.

· Evaluate the efficiency of controls and make improvement recommendations.
