Full Job Description

NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a fixed term contract Compliance Officer.

Support the Regulatory Governance Team in delivering the regulatory compliance regime and to ensure that conformity documentation is compliant. Responsible for running system reports for expired certification, contacting suppliers for renewed documentation where required and loading the received documents and supplier details into the Navex Vendor Module.

Every day you will …

  • Responsible for managing and delivering a designated work program related to the regulatory compliance service with guidance from colleagues

  • Responsible for gathering of relevant data and information from external stakeholders

  • Escalate areas of concerns for potential non-compliance issues to the Regulatory Governance Manager

  • Work with the Regulatory Compliance Team to assist with stakeholder engagement and deepen the current relationship with external and internal stakeholders

    Demonstrable administration skills

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Keen eye for details

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team across all levels within the business
