Compliance Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor

The Compliance Paralegal is expected to assist the Global Compliance team with various compliance topics including sanctions, bribery & corruption and data privacy. Individual must be organized with good attention to detail and must be able to deliver work in a timely and professional manner. Individual needs excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills. Your Impact

• You research complex compliance topics and undertake searches on companies/ individuals to ensure we are permitted for further cooperation
• You assist with the preparation of compliance training and templates
• You negotiate compliance documents and contracts such as Data Processing Agreements, sanctions & anti bribery clauses, etc, and work with the business to complete privacy assessments like DPIAs and Legitimate Interest Assessments.
• You support with compliance administration tasks and respond to email queries received from the business
• You maintain all compliance templates and ensure all privacy resources are available and up to date, You will work hybrid 2-3 days a week in our Stoneleigh, Warwickshire site purpose to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues.

• Bachelor´s degree in a job-related field
• Experience in compliance
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to deliver work in a timely and professional manner
• Good legal analysis and communication skills
