Full Job Description

  • Preparing patterns and moulds by sealing and applying release agents


  • Undertaking vacuum bagging procedures for tooling and components


  • Operating and loading ovens and/or autoclaves for curing laminated materials


  • Actively participating in manufacturing initiatives to improve workplace

  • Maintaining traceability and a safe, clean, and tidy working environment at all times

    We are seeking two skilled Laminators with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the composite industry. The successful candidates will have previous experience of laminating processes for tooling and components with precision, and excellent attention to detail; whilst meeting customer deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards. This role would suit someone with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively., Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively


  • Logical reasoning and a pro-active "can do" attitude


  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail


  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and following laminating manuals


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
