Salary fringe area - £33,074 - £50,470

(TLR 2a may be available for experienced A Level Teacher)

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated teacher of Computer Science, to join our great Computer Science and ICT curriculum area. This is a popular subject that is taught to all students in KS3 and offered at GCSE in KS4 and as an A Level in Computer Science or an equivalent Level 3 IT: Data Analytics Extended Certificate.

This position is suitable for an ECT or an experienced teacher. Our Computer Science department has an experienced Curriculum Leader that is able to support and develop someone ready to take on their first teaching role or to further develop someone to become a middle leader.

The Computer Studies Department has a suite of dedicated block of teaching rooms that facilitate the specialist teaching.

The ability to offer a second subject such as Maths would be an advantageous.
